Camino Academy LLC proposes to develop a standards-aligned English acquisition curriculum that instructors can implement immediately. Program leadership signs off on what “implemented” must evidence before we finalize core materials and PD agendas, so the work product and synchronous blocks track your acceptance bar instead of a default sequence. Professional development is treated like any other deliverable: scoped to observable outcomes, bounded in time, and front-loaded with discovery so synchronous time is spent on what your teachers actually need to execute — not generic theory blocks.

Customer-focused, solutions-focused, time-bounded. Discovery happens before design — so live PD teaches what your team will actually use, and metrics tell you whether implementation shifted.
The two included synchronous sessions are the capstone of a short arc: align on evidence, train on the exact moves in your materials, then verify transfer with lightweight data your site already owns. A structured pre-PD step aligns session design to your real constraints (coverage, tech, language access) so synchronous minutes are not spent renegotiating scope.

Measurement stays lean: reuse instruments the client already has where possible; add only what makes accept/reject decisions obvious. Cadence and ownership are explicit so nothing depends on “someone remembering to follow up.”
Baseline: three walkthrough look-fors (EL oral language, scaffolded output, formative use) scored once by site coaches; optional anonymized student language sample set agreed in writing.
Exit slip: 5-point competency self-rating on the two prioritized moves; implementation checklist started (yes/partial/no) before teachers leave the synchronous block.
Short pulse survey: recommend score (0–10) + three self-ratings; repeat walkthrough on the same three look-fors; count of student tasks collected that match the new formative protocol.
Efficiency: Site coaches own walkthrough data entry weekly; program lead owns survey send + reminder (Day 7 + Day 21); Camino owns instrument text, cut scores interpretation against the locked success criteria, and a one-page readout within 5 business days of survey close.
